Order Verification Process

Once your order is submitted, you may receive an automated SMS or email for verification. Please confirm your order by clicking the provided link or following the instructions sent to you.

If the verification link does not work or you don’t receive a message, our customer support team is always available to assist you.

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • The seal must not be broken unless there is a valid issue.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can guide you through the return process.

Return Method

Our courier partner can pick up the product from your delivery address. Once the item reaches Shahitabeeb and is inspected, a return shipping/handling fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted.

If you suspect the product has been tampered with, please keep the original product and packaging so our team can review it properly.
