Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over Rs. 850.
- Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.
- Orders under Rs. 850 may incur a standard shipping fee.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
You can return any product within 10 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- Contact us via email to receive instructions for an exchange or refund.
- If the product appears tampered with or defective, please keep the original product and packaging for return.
- Our courier partner can pick up the product from your delivery address. Once inspected, a return shipping/handling fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted.
Returns for Products Purchased from Shahitabeeb
If you purchased Shahitabeeb products from another website, please follow that site’s return and refund instructions.
If purchased from one of our retail partners, please return the item to the store according to their policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Shahitabeeb offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for secure and convenient payment across Pakistan. COD allows you to pay only after receiving your order.

- The courier may only allow the package to be opened after payment is made.
- Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with, opened, or damaged.
- COD is available for orders up to Rs. 10,000. For orders above Rs. 10,000, please contact our customer support team.
